Russell Bailey

Russell has worked with clients since 1998, and is a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (U.K.C.P.) Registered Psychotherapist. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy.

His core theoretical model is Transactional Analysis, although he integrates other approaches in order to meet individual needs.  He has extensive experience of counselling work in the NHS, has ongoing clinical supervision and also attends regular Continual Professional Development group meetings. His approach is ‘Integrative and Humanistic’ which values each individual’s unique experiences. Central to his work is the relationship that is created between therapist and client.

Russell also has experience of working as a Landscape Architect and earlier in life, in the Banking sector.
