Elaine Wilson

DipAc, MSc(Ac), MBAcC,  DipCH, MIPCH

Elaine is a fully qualified acupuncturist, having practiced acupressure massage since 2000, and acupuncture since 2002. 

A registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), Elaine has been awarded the degree of Master of Science (Distinction) in Acupuncture, by the University of Wales for her research into the application of acupuncture in the treatment of obesity.

Since 2005, Elaine has also practiced Colon Hydrotherapy, having qualified at the accredited Scottish School for Colonic Hydrotherapy.  She is a full member of the Institute for Professional Colon Hydrotherapy (IPCH).

As well as running her own private practice, Elaine is currently the Acupuncture Course Director at the Northern College of Acupuncture based in York.
