Clare Smith

Clare is an extremely happy and motivated individual.  She recently completed her training with the head of Health Kinesiology UK, and is a member of the Kinesiology Federation.

Before qualifying, Clare was a primary school teacher in Harrogate and spent two years volunteering as a teacher trainer in Ghana.  She retired from teaching at just 27 before retraining as a Kinesiologist.

Clare is also a Reiki practitioner and regularly attends new courses to update and build on her existing knowledge on Health Kinesiology (HK) and other complementary therapies.

A note from Clare:

‘HK has some strange and very simple answers for what can be highly complex problems. It’s this simplicity that I love.  By using skilled muscle testing I am able to access the body’s inner wisdom to find the root cause of a problem, by doing this we can then unblock or rebalance existing energy so the body can use this to heal itself.
