The Practice Partnership - Bookings Policy

 

  • Appointments can be made in person, by phone or via email. Email appointments cannot be treated as agreed unless you have received a confirmation email from the clinic. You will be asked to provide your full name and contact number.
  • Once your appointment has been made, should you wish to cancel then we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.
  • We will endeavour wherever possible to provide an appointment time that is the most convenient for the patient. When such an appointment time is unavailable, we will offer alternatives. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific appointment times.
  • All treatments are paid for at the appointment with the exception of the Colonic Hydrotherapy sessions, which are payable at least 24 hours in advance.

 

New patients

  • If you are unsure which therapy is the most appropriate for your condition then please refer to the website for further information or contact our receptionist.
  • If you require further advice a 15 minute phone/in person referral appointment can be made with either Lance Kearon or Elaine Wilson.
  • If you know which therapy you wish to book and have a preferred practitioner, available appointments will be offered with that practitioner.
  • If you do not have a preferred practitioner, you will be offered appointments to suit your convenience and allocated to an available practitioner.
  • All new patients are required to complete our registration form.

 

Existing patients

  • As an existing patient you will be offered available appointments with your regular practitioner.
  • You may be offered alternative ‘same therapy’ practitioner appointments only after agreement with client/existing practitioner/new practitioner.
  • If you require an appointment with a practitioner in an additional therapy to your ongoing treatment, we ask that you make this known to both therapists.
